ABOUT THE VENUE

2.5-acre Amphitheater site plan includes a 50,000-square-foot sloped and terraced lawn area to be used as an outdoor venue and entertainment area.

The proposed amphitheater capacity is 6,200 seats. The project is currently approved for a 500-seat amphitheater.

Developed in partnership with Nederlander Concerts LA, one of the largest and most respected operators of live theater and music venues in the United States, including the Pantages Theatre in Hollywood.

The venue also would host smaller, local community, and sponsored events year-round

Design is sensitive and openly flows into and connects with the surrounding retail environment on non-show days, making the lawn a project/public amenity and a programmable community public space

The Amphitheater would host approximately 100 paid concert and major events per year (generally April-November), plus year-round smaller sponsored and community events

Other parking lots within the Port area will be used on days when large events occur at the amphitheater. Parking and Traffic requirements will be evaluated further in the Draft SEIR.
